The Seiko Historical Collection PROSPEX Diver Scuba World Limited SBEX007 is a tribute to the iconic 1968 model “6159-7000,” which was Japan’s first 300m professional diver’s watch. Released in 2018 to celebrate the 50th anniversary, this limited edition of 1,500 pieces stays true to the original's one-piece case and dial design while incorporating modern upgrades. It now supports saturation diving and features a scratch-resistant sapphire crystal in place of the original inorganic glass. The strap has also been updated from vinyl chloride to durable tempered silicone for improved wearability. Powered by the high-beat Caliber 8L55, it offers a power reserve of 55 hours and includes a date display. This particular piece was originally sold in July 2018 and has undergone a full manufacturer overhaul. Though the diamond shield coating cannot be refinished, some light scratches from use remain visible.|||It comes with a full set of accessories, including the inner and outer boxes, warranty, and service papers.
