Description
The IWC Mark 16 IW325501 is a modern reinterpretation of IWC’s historic military pilot watches, tracing its lineage back to the Mark IV of the 1930s. With a 39mm stainless steel case, it updates the classic pilot’s watch design with a slightly larger size suited for contemporary tastes while retaining essential features like an antimagnetic inner case and clear, highly legible black dial with Arabic numerals. Powered by an automatic movement and equipped with a date display, it offers the reliability and practicality expected from IWC’s aviation heritage. The watch was originally guaranteed in June 2010 and has since been fully overhauled and refinished. A new Cassis alligator strap has been fitted, enhancing its elegance. While there are some scratches on the glass coating, the watch remains a strong example of functional design paired with understated style. The Mark 16 continues to be appreciated for its clean lines and connection to IWC’s pilot watch tradition.
