Returns & Refunds
1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
Under Swiss law, there is generally no automatic statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases unless explicitly granted by the seller.
However, WatchOyster voluntarily offers customers the right to return products within 14 days of receiving the order.
To exercise your right of return, you must notify us in writing (by email) within 14 days of delivery.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused and unworn
The protective films and tags must remain intact
The product must be returned in its original packaging
All accessories, warranty cards and documentation must be included
We reserve the right to refuse returns if the product shows signs of wear, damage, or alteration.
3. Return Procedure

Photos (if the item is defective)
After approval, we will provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless:
The item was delivered damaged
The wrong product was shipped
4. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
The refund will be issued using the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the product is defective.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Personalized or engraved watches
Items damaged by misuse
Products without original packaging
7. Legal Warranty (Gewährleistung)
Customers in Switzerland are entitled to a 2-year statutory warranty for defects under Swiss law.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects but does not cover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by improper use
Water damage beyond the stated water resistance
