The Cartier Santos de Cartier LM W2SA0009 is a timeless and sophisticated timepiece that pays homage to the original Santos watch, created by Louis Cartier in 1904 for aviator Alberto Santos-Dumont. Relaunched in 2018 as the Santos de Cartier, this model features a 39.8mm square stainless steel case with yellow gold accents, maintaining the iconic design elements such as the Roman numerals and square railway minute track that are signature to Cartier watches. Powered by the in-house automatic Caliber 1847MC, the watch offers a 40-hour power reserve and ensures precise timekeeping. The bracelet is adorned with the signature screw motif, further enhancing its luxurious aesthetic. Additionally, the watch includes a leather strap that can be easily swapped out thanks to the Quick Switch interchangeable system, offering versatility in style. With a water resistance of 100 meters (10 ATM) and a date display, the Santos de Cartier is perfect for daily wear while exuding both elegance and functionality.
