There was a minor issue on delivery that ultimately resolved itself; the dealer stayed in constant contact and introduced me to his watchmaker to ensure everything was functioning properly. Packaging was excellent and the outer box arrived in perfect condition; the interior box had a damaged corner, which the dealer acknowledged may have occurred before packaging. Overall I’m extremely happy with the purchase and my experience—would definitely recommend and buy from him again.
